We had initially called a different company, one local to the immediate area, thinking Knox wouldn’t service our area, (HSV) but felt uneasy about their quick recommendation to replace the whole unit within 30 minutes of looking at it. I called Knox just to make sure and they said they would service our area and could send someone today! Eric Holland was so patient and so thorough. He called the manufacturer and trouble shooter until he got the unit to working. In all he spent over 3 hours here working on our a/c. Even if I have to replace it down the line, I will go through them. I appreciated the quick response and the dedication to fix rather than replace.

Eric Holland was a polite knowledgeable technician sent out to service our ac unit. He did not leave until it was cooling and working correctly. Definitely give these guys a call you won't be disappointed.
