Had a great experience with Brad, he worked with the manufacturer to obtain the obsolete parts in a timely manner and scheduled the work soon after we were available. He showed up promptly at scheduled time and did the repair in a timely manner. I will recommend Knox AC ( and Brad) to others and will call next time I need AC work.

Our neighbor (Kelly Deardorf), referred your company to us. I texted my husband early this morning, letting him know our AC unit was not working at all. The temp inside our home had reached 83 degrees, and was steadily rising. It was hot and very miserable. My husband started calling companies to see if they would come out to service our AC unit today. He had several companies say no flat out. I understand it’s a Sunday but we were in need of a repair. From the time I contacted the office, and a service technician showed to do the work, was less than an hour. This was amazing. Professional from start to finish. I’m very pleased and grateful Eric Holland came out to service our unit. He was fast and efficient. He explained what had happened and showed us a potential issue to watch out for. I gave him 5 stars for his excellent service!! I will be calling on him to help in the future. Thank you for everything.

I am thrilled! I've had nothing but issues out of two mini splits that was purchased for the Airbnb I manage which causes guests to be complaining constantly, I've had 3 different HVAC guys out in the last 3 months... then in walks Jared. Jared was knowledgeable, professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything. It's obvious he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing the job right instead of rushing through it. If you're looking for someone dependable who knows what they're doing, I highly recommend Jared and Knox AC. Thank you for the excellent service!
